PS Console

Mission control for professional-services consultants. One screen for every client engagement — with an AI agent working your inbox, your documents, and your status reports, on your machine, under your control.

Run every engagement from one screen

Built by a working consultant, for consultants who juggle multiple clients, one inbox, and a Friday status-report deadline.

Morning Sync

One click: your AI agent triages new email, mirrors your work calendar, and builds a brief — today's schedule with per-meeting prep notes, a ranked do-first list, who you're waiting on, and a risk watch. Run it for all clients or a single one.

Inbox → tasks, item by item

An email with five requests becomes five tasks — each linked back to its source, prioritized, and dated. Nothing collapses into a vague catch-all, and nothing falls through.

Evidence-based completion

The agent reads your sent mail and proposes what looks finished — with the evidence. You confirm or keep it open. Only verified work counts, so your reports never overclaim.

Multi-client engagements

Phases, milestones, health, hours budget, contacts, and one-click system links per client. Focus mode tunnels the entire console — tasks, agenda, docs, reports — to one engagement, then back to all.

Document pipeline

Drag a whole batch of files at once into one import inbox. The agent identifies each, classifies the type, files it into the right client's library, and opens one task per action item. Export folders stage outbound deliverables.

Script & runbook library

Every script and how-to you write becomes an indexed, reusable asset — client versions plus universal templates. New tasks automatically surface the library entries that solve them.

Drafts — never auto-sent

Replies are drafted for your review, grounded in the actual thread and your project data. You copy, adjust, and send from your own mail client. The console never touches your outbox.

Status reports that write themselves

Per-client weekly reports drafted from confirmed completions, blockers, and upcoming milestones — plus a cross-client summary for your manager. You edit and deliver; the console tracks draft vs. delivered.

Ask the console

"Do we have a script for this?" "When did that client last email me?" One question box, answers in seconds with clickable sources — powered by an index of everything you've filed, so it costs pennies.

Hours, quotes, SOWs & timecards

Completed work teaches real effort baselines: new tasks auto-estimate, quotes become hours × rate, SOW and charter drafts build from your templates, and the Monday–Friday timecard writes itself.

A real internal wiki

Solved problems become a browsable wiki — pages linked with [[wiki-links]], automatic backlinks and spaces, cross-linked to the scripts behind them and exportable as Confluence-ready pages. When a similar task lands again, the console flags "seen this before."

Local-first. Your data stays yours.

Runs on your machine, binds to localhost, stores everything in plain files you can read. No cloud, no telemetry, no vendor lock-in — bring the AI agent CLI you already use, and control which model runs each job.

Back up and restore in one file

Snapshot everything — engagements, tasks, scripts, knowledge base, documents — to a single file, and restore it just as easily. Move to a new machine or roll back a bad change in seconds. It's your data, and it stays that way.

Keyboard-fast, and it repeats itself

One shortcut jumps you to any engagement, task, script, or page. Give standing work a repeat cadence and it re-creates itself when you finish, and every task keeps its own activity log — so nothing recurring is ever forgotten.

Every monitor you own

Pop any view — your wiki, your calendar, an agent's live output — into its own window and move it to a second display. Your main dashboard stays put; on a multi-screen desk the pop-out can open on the other monitor for you.

An interface your team wants to open

Three premium looks — frosted Liquid Glass, gradient Aurora, and light Platinum — switch from the command bar in a keystroke. Not just colours: surfaces, depth, and button shapes all change, and the console scales to fit any screen.

Three premium interfaces

The same console, three materials — not just a colour theme. The surfaces, depth, and button shapes all change. Switch from the command bar in a keystroke; it scales to fit any screen.

Running in minutes, not quarters

PS Console is a single lightweight app — no server farm, no IT ticket, no data migration.

Install

Copy one folder to your machine and start it with a single command. Works on the locked-down corporate laptop you already have.

Connect your agent

Point PS Console at the AI coding agent you already subscribe to. Assign cheaper models to routine jobs and stronger ones to judgment work — your usage, your budget.

Run your day

Hit Sync in the morning, work the board, drop documents in the inbox, confirm completions — and let Friday's status reports assemble themselves from what actually got done.
